Terms & Conditions


How to participate

  1. To participate, users have to complete the game and answer 3 simple questions in order to earn entries for the weekly prizes.
  2. Participation of the game and entries for the prizes will be automatically refreshed every week.
  3. Each user can collect multiple ‘entries' during the campaign duration, limited to THREE (3) ‘entries’ per day.

Cari Rumah & Menang Weekly Contest

  1. The Cari Rumah & Menang Weekly Contest period will run from 20 June 2022 to 31 July 2022 (“Contest Period”) and it is organised by Mudah.my Sdn Bhd (“Organiser”). The Organiser shall reserve the right at its absolute discretion to vary, postpone, reschedule and/or extend the Contest Period and/or cancel/terminate the Contest at any time without prior notice.
  2. The Contest is divided into 6 weekly periods. Each week starts on Monday at 00:00:00 and ends on Sunday at 23:59:59. For example: For week 1, all entries are collected from 13 June 2022, 00:00:00 and ends on 19 June 2022 at 23:59:59.
  3. Entries received outside the Contest Period shall be automatically disqualified.
  4. All winners for the Prize shall be selected by the Organiser through an internal automated system. The decision is final and no appeal shall be entertained.
  5. The Organiser has the absolute right to select winners from Mudah.my website within the stated categories during the contest period.
  6. Each winner is eligible to win one Prize throughout the contest period.
  7. Winners shall be announced through Mudah Apps within 3 working days after the contest end date.

Prizes

  1. There will be a total of Six (6) weekly prizes to be given away. Prizes are:
    1 unit x Samsung 65” BU8500 4K UHD Smart TV
    2 units x Dyson Digital Slim™ Fluffy Pro vacuum
    3 units x IKEA vouchers worth RM1,000
  2. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant and select the next qualified participant as a winner if we become aware, or have any reason to suspect in our reasonable opinion that a participant is determined to be acting in breach or potential breach of the Contest’s Terms and Conditions.
  3. All Prizes are given on an “As Is Where Is” basis and are not exchangeable for cash, credit or any other Prizes, whether in part or in full and are non-transferable to another individual and absolutely non-negotiable. No replacement and/or exchange of Prize will be entertained.
  4. The Organiser requires proof of identity to claim the Prize at the Organiser’s office and the Organizer reserves the rights to forfeit Prize of any Winner who does not provide the required details as stipulated in the Contest Terms and Conditions.
  5. All Prizes must be claimed from the Organiser’s office on or before 31 October 2022 and unclaimed Prizes shall be forfeited after the said date.
  6. All transportation, personal or any other expenses incurred to participate in this Contest and/or to redeem the Prizes are the sole responsibility of the participants and winners.
  7. The Organiser makes no warranties or representations whatsoever with respect to the Prizes and shall not be responsible nor liable for any issues and/or damage thereto or arising there from.
  8. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any Prize or any of its components with a Prize of equivalent value without prior notice. 

 

Eligibility

  1. The Contest is open to all Malaysian residents aged 18 and above as on 13 June 2022.
  2. Neither Organiser nor employees of Organiser, “Mudah.my Sdn Bhd”, and all of their respective partners, parent companies, divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, trustees, advertising, promotion and public relations agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, independent contractors, representatives and agencies are not eligible to participate in the Contest and/or win a Prize (as defined above).
  3. Immediate family members of Mudah.my Sdn Bhd’s employees and persons living in the same household as such employees (whether related or not) are not eligible to win. For the purposes of this Contest, “immediate family members” is defined as spouse, domestic partner, mother, father, grandmother, grandfather, children, siblings and their spouses.

Terms of participation

  1. By participating in this Contest, Participants fully and unconditionally agree and accept the official Terms & Conditions of this Contest  and explicitly consents to her/his name and picture being published on the Internet (homepage and Facebook site of the Organiser), mobile app and possibly also in the print media of the Organiser in the event of winning.
  2. By entering the Contest, the participant explicitly consents to the Organiser storing and processing necessary personal data of the participant and that a Mudah account will be automatically created for convenience.
  3. The Organiser wishes to point out that all personal data as per above will not be made available to third parties.
  4. The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without giving prior notice.
