All transactions relating to the PRO Niaga Services are to be paid in the form of online credits ("Credits") which shall include regular Credits, Promo Credits, and Suspended Credits all as hereinafter defined. All credits purchased are non-refundable.
Mudah Credits are also a great way for PRO Niaga users to pay for various Mudah.my advertising premium services and listings.
CREDIT EXPIRY PERIOD
REGULAR CREDITS
1. All Regular Credits shall only be valid for the period (“expiry period”) set out in the table below, after which all Regular Credits shall forthwith be suspended (hereinafter referred to as “Suspended Regular Credits”). The User will not be able to conduct any transaction in relation to the services offered in PRO Niaga using the Suspended Regular Credits unless and until the Suspended Regular Credits are reactivated in accordance with Clause 2.
2. If the User purchases fresh Regular Credits within a grace period of thirty (30) days from the expiry date set out in the table ("the said grace period"), the Suspended Regular Credits shall be reactivated and shall accordingly become valid tender to conduct any transaction in relation to services offered in PRO Niaga. If the User does not reactivate the Suspended Regular Credits within the said grace period, the Suspended Regular Credits shall forthwith be forfeited and shall no longer be valid tender for any transaction in relation to services offered in PRO Niaga.
PROMO CREDITS
3. All Promo Credits shall only be valid for the period set ("expiry period"), after which all Promo Credits shall forthwith be suspended (hereinafter referred to as "Suspended Promo Credits"). The User will not be able to conduct any transaction in relation to the services offered in PRO Niaga using the Suspended Promo Credits unless and until the Suspended Promo Credits are reactivated in accordance with Clause 4.
4. If the User purchases fresh Promo Credits within a grace period of thirty (30) days from the expiry date set ("the said grace period"), the Suspended Promo Credits shall be reactivated and shall accordingly become valid tender to conduct any transaction in relation to services offered in PRO Niaga. If the User does not reactivate the Suspended Promo Credits within the said grace period, the Suspended Promo Credits shall forthwith be forfeited and shall no longer be valid tender for any transaction in relation to services offered in PRO Niaga.
5. All payments made towards the purchase of any Credits (Regular and Promo Credits) shall be strictly non-refundable.
6. All Credits (whether arising from the purchase of Credits or re-activation of Suspended Credits) shall be reflected as one aggregate balance. Such aggregate balance shall always only have one common expiry date. In the case of a purchase of Credits, the new expiry date shall be the longer of (i) the expiry date of the aggregate New Credits prior to such purchase; and (ii) the expiry date of the newly purchased Credits. In the case of a re-activation of Suspended Credits, the existing expiry date shall not be affected.
7. The value of Credits shall always be displayed separately and clearly in the PRO Niaga User’s account page for the User’s reference.
8. All Credits which are duly forfeited pursuant to the terms and conditions shall remain the property of the Company and User hereby agrees that he or she shall have no claim whatsoever in relation to or in connection with such forfeited Credits or the monies paid thereunder and further agrees to indemnify the Company for any loss, cost and expenses suffered or incurred by the Company in connection with any such claim.

In some instances, there will be some delays for the payment to be reflected in your account. Rest assured, the credits will be credited to your account.
On some occasions where you encounter an issue with the payment gateway. Please provide us with the proof of purchase (receipt) so that we will investigate the issue and get back to you.

RATES AND CHARGES FOR PRO NIAGA SERVICES
The Company reserves the right and in its sole discretion to change or modify the rates and charges to the Users and terms and conditions from time to time. The User will be notified of any amendments via announcement on the Site.
Total Credits available to the User shall be prominently displayed on the User's Store or PRO Niaga accounts page.
Users are advised to exercise care and discretion prior to purchasing Credits. All Credits purchased by the Users are strictly non-refundable.
In the event a User wishes to report any problems relating to the Credits, the User should contact the Company by filling up the appropriate forms at the Company's Customer Service page.
Users may purchase Credits from the Company through his or her PRO Niaga account in the following denominations:
