Property Building Name Search is a feature by Mudah.my aimed at easing the process of uploading property ads under the apartment sub-category.
Property Building Name Search helps sellers by pre-filling information about the property that they select based on the drop-down menu. This will help simplify the process of listing property ads.
It will also be beneficial from buyers' point-of-view as it helps provide more information about the property.
How is Property Building Name Search beneficial for sellers?
- Pre-fill fixed information
Selecting a property that is available in our database will fill up fixed information such as Address, Residential Type, Tenure Type, etc.
- Less time-consuming, more precise information
It will take less time than necessary to list a property ad, and at the same time provides more accurate information about the property.
- Increase chances of property discovery
When a potential buyer searches for a particular property name, they will view all properties listed using the Property Building Name Search.
What can sellers do if the property building name does not appear in the drop-down menu?
It has always been in our greatest interest to provide our users with the best selling and buying experience on our platform. With that in mind, we are constantly updating our database. Hopefully, over time, we will be able to capture all property buildings in Malaysia and include them in the drop-down menu. For the time being, if it does not appear, you will have to key in the necessary fields manually.

Which category/sub-category is allowed to use this new feature?
For now, this feature is only available for our Apartment / Condominium sub-category and will appear during the insert ad process.
If you have been using our Prolong feature (for our Apartment / Condominium sub-category), this feature is disabled. This feature is made available only to new ads posted after 10 June 2022.
Who is allowed to use this feature?
This feature is available to both Agents / Professional Sellers and Private Sellers.
Is this feature available for all platforms (web, mobile web & desktop)?
From the seller's perspective, this feature is only available on the web and mobile web. This feature will appear during the insert ad process.
From a buyer's perspective, this feature is available on all platforms (web, mobile web & desktop, mobile app). Buyers will see this feature when they key in the property name in the property search bar.
