By introducing building pages, listings can easily be searched by users. This allows users to compare and review relevant listings quicker, with more focus.
2. Can I choose to manually key-in building names even if there is a database for it?
Yes, you can still choose to manually enter them on our ad insert form. However, for better visibility and ease of search, we suggest that you use our building database.
3. With the introduction of this new feature, what impact will it have on my existing listings with these buildings?
Your existing resale and rental listings, where the buildings are already present in the database will appear on the building pages as well. The building pages can be found in the building search.
4. How often is the directory updated to ensure accurate and timely information?
We will update our directory once every 2 weeks to ensure accurate and timely information within our building database. If you find any misinformation or lack of information in these pages, please contact us through prophelpdesk@mudah.my.
5. What should I do if the building I am looking for is not present in the list?
If your building is not in the list, please fill up the building details on the ad insert form. We will review and add it in as soon as possible.
6. What should I do if the information provided about the building on Mudah is incorrect?
If you find any misinformation or lack of information in these pages, please contact us through prophelpdesk@mudah.my.
7. What advantages can I gain by using the apartment directory for listing my property?
The biggest advantage of using our apartment directory would be an additional channel for your listings to be found. We will drive traffic to your listings from our marketing efforts in Google / Facebook.
8. Is there a cost associated with listing my listing in the building page?
Nope, this is a complementary service that comes with the payment of your insertion fee.
9. How can potential tenants or buyers contact me through the building page?
The contact information and the ways of getting in touch with you will not change. They still can contact you through the listing page.
10.Are there any restrictions on the number of apartments I can list in the building?
There are no restrictions on the number of apartments/listings to link to the building.
