To buy Mudah Credits, first, log in to your PRO Niaga account. Then, click on 'Credits' at the top of the page.
We have various payment methods available for you to pay for your Mudah Credits:
- Maybank Online Transfer (M2U)
The user who selects this option will be redirected to Maybank sign-in page to complete the transaction.
- Credit Card/Debit Card:
The Company would require the following information input from the User. Information is strictly passed on to the payment processor and not stored by the Company.
i. Credit Card Number
ii. Expiry Date
iii. Security Code
Users who select this option will be redirected to the payment processor's secure website to complete the transaction. The Company exercises no control whatsoever over such transactions which are conducted outside of the Company's servers/website and the User hereby agrees to indemnify the Company for any discrepancies or disputes arising from such transactions. Credit Card Payment will normally be reflected within 30 minutes after the transaction.
- FPX:
Users will be redirected to the respective payment processor/merchant bank’s secure website to complete the said transaction. The Company shall have no control whatsoever over such transactions which are conducted outside the Company’s servers/website and the User hereby agrees to indemnify the Company wholly for any discrepancies or disputes arising from such transactions.
- GrabPay
Pay with GrabPay and earn GrabRewards points. The daily limit for the Full Wallet is RM1,500, and the Basic Wallet is RM500. Payment will be reflected immediately or within 30 minutes after a successful transaction.
- Touch 'n Go
Pay for your Mudah Credits instantly using Touch ’n Go eWallet. Complete the transaction within the Credits page.
- Cheque:
Users shall email the cheque's bank-in slip to billing@mudah.my. The Company shall remit Credits to the User's PRO Niaga account only upon the cheque’s clearance and verification of receipt of funds in the Company's bank account. Credit update through the Cheque method may take up to three (3) working days from the date of receipt of the email with the cheque's bank-in slip. Users may issue cheques in the name of “Mudah.my Sdn Bhd” and deposit it to the following account: Three (3) working days from the date of receipt of the email with the cheques bank-in slip.

- Cash Deposit (CDM):
Users shall email the bank-in slip to billing@mudah.my. The Company shall remit Credits to the User's PRO Niaga account only upon receipt of the bank-in slip and verification of receipt of funds in the Company's bank account. Credit update through the Cash Deposit method may take up to three (3) working days from the date of receipt of the email. The funds are to be deposited to the following account:

- Bank Transfer
Users may choose to pay for the Credits by transferring funds directly to the Company’s bank account via online electronic fund transfer (for example, MEPS or GIRO services). Please take note that bank transfers will be reflected within 24 working hours (upon receiving proof of payment) to reflect in the User’s PRO Niaga account. Please include the PRO Niaga Store ID, Store name, and email in the payment details.
For Instant Transfer: normally be reflected within 60 minutes once we receive the payment, except after 6 pm, PH, Weekends, lunch hour; ii) for IBG: will be reflected once our bank receives the mentioned payment.

Notice: Due to the new measures imposed by the government on Movement Control Order, we want to ensure and prioritize our user safety, we would like to encourage you to use other payment methods such as Online Banking and Credit/Debit Cards instead of Cash Deposit (CDM) and Cheque.
The process will be simpler and much faster. You will also be able to make a purchase at any hour or day. You will no longer need to send us your bank-in slip or wait for us to process and update the credits into your PRO Niaga account.
