- Go to
- For Private, Go to https://ua.mudah.my/forgot-password?page=private
- For Pro Niaga, Go to https://ua.mudah.my/forgot-password?page=proniaga
- Fill in your registered email address and an email will be generated to you, consisting of a link for you to choose a new password.
How do I reset my password on android app? (Private Account ONLY)
- Launch your Mudah.my android app
- Click icon "Account" on the top of the header
- Click "Forgot Password" (Android)
- Enter the email you have registered
- Check your email for the link to reset

- Launch your app
- Click icon "Account" on the bottom right of the footer
- Click on "Already registered? Sign in"
- Click "Forgot Password"
- Enter the email you have registered
