One of the most vital steps in the account registration process is verifying your email in order to continue using your PN account.
For car store category:
When you first sign up for your PRO Niaga account, an email will be sent to you where our team will check the "ID Verification". Once the ID verification documents have been approved, then a 2nd email will be sent out to you to activate your account where you will enter your preferred password.
For all PN store category except cars:
When you first sign up for your PRO Niaga account, an email will be sent out to you to activate your account where you will enter your preferred password.
Pro Tip:
- If you don't see the verification email, check your junk mail or spam folder as the verification email might have ended up there.
