How do I delete my ad? - PRO Niaga

If you've sold your item and want to delete your ad, simply follow the steps below:

Web Browser / Mobile Site

1. For Web/Mobile Web:

   • Mudah.my's Login

2. Login to PRO Niaga accounts with the correct email and password.

3. Go to your Pro Niaga dashboard

4. Go to a published tab in the dashboard

5. In published tab, you will be able to see a list of ads that you have inserted

6. For Web, On the left-hand side of the ad, tick the checkbox and delete your ad.

   • 

7. For Mobile Site, click the manage ad button on your ad to delete your ad

8. You'll be prompted to confirm your decision

9. Confirm your decision and Done!

*Important Note:

• Kindly take note that the action to delete a chargeable ad or any ad with Premium Services will not be entitled to a refund.

• Your listing will be removed from your dashboard and marketplace after 30 mins.
