If this issue happens when the email used to sign up for Private Account, you will receive an error like this:

This error shows that you have previously registered with Mudah.my as Private User or PRO Niaga. You can try to retrieve your password by reading this article: How do I reset my account password?

If you want to use the same email to sign up for a new account, we will first have to remove your email address from our system. For that to happen, please write-in to contact@mudah.my or report it here
