The reason behind this submitted pending advertisements, because the ads need to be review for the approval process by our back-end (checking team) to check any mistakes or any correction need to be done on your ads, so in between if you wish to change on the information or anything you can contact our customer service or sent an email to contact@mudah.my for private ads or proniaga@mudah.my for PRO Niaga ads amendment.
How long it will take to approve and publish on the listing page?
Please be informed that all the advertisements will be check by our back-end (Checking team) within by the day 2-4 hours when you have submitted the ads. Unless if your ad is pending for more than the given hours because it did not adhere to our Rules of Advertising. Please check your email account for an email from us- we have sent you instructions on how to re-post your ad.
Why is my ad missing from pending review in PN dashboard? (PN Only)
Please be informed, once we accept your ad it will take about an hour to be published on our site.
Therefore, the ad will be missing from the pending review tab on your dashboard and will not be searchable.
