Starting 1st Oct 2022, we are no longer supporting iOS 10 & 11, the minimum requirement to install the latest app on Apple would be iOS 12 as we will be ending support for devices running on iOS 10 and 11. Users with iOS 10 & 11 will no longer be able to download the latest app version from 1st Oct 2022 onwards. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
While you will still be able to use the existing app version, we would like to encourage all our iOS users to update your device to the latest operating system where possible for the best experience.
Why is iOS 10 & 11 support discontinued?
We would love to keep supporting older devices, however, by removing support for older devices, allows us to streamline our development process and focus on delivering better experiences and features for newer devices and OS.
When will you be discontinuing it?
We will stop offering support to iOS 10 starting 1st Mar 2022 and Starting 1st Oct 2022, we are no longer supporting iOS 11.
What is the new minimum supported iOS?
Starting 1st Oct 2022, the minimum supported requirement for iOS devices is iOS 12.
What do I need to do?
We would encourage all our Apple users to upgrade to the latest version of OS. This allows you to gain access to all the latest updates and features, giving you the best experience of the Mudah App.
What if my device doesn’t support iOS 12?
While you will still be able to use Mudah App, you will not be able to download the latest updates.
If your device doesn’t support any of the new iOS, we would recommend the following:-
- You will be able to continue to use the existing app or download the older compatible app version from play store even after 1st Mar 2022 - however some features may not work as expected as we are stopping support for it.
- As an alternative, you can always use our desktop browser or mobile web version.
