Important! Store types are NOT subscription plans. The store type determines the pricing of each ad listing. This is only applicable to 2 categories: Cars and Properties.
How to upgrade my store type?
Via your Profile page on the PRO Niaga dashboard, on the top right, click on the link “Change Store Type”. This will redirect you to a new page where you can change your store type.
There are two ways to access the page where you can upgrade your store type after you log in to your PRO Niaga account:
1. Navigate to ‘Store Type’ from the navigation menu
2. Click on ‘My Profile’, then click on ‘Change store type’.
The above actions will redirect you to a new page where you can change your store type.
How to downgrade my store type?
Depending on your store category, please follow the steps below to submit your downgrade request:
🏠 PRO Niaga (Properties)
Email your request to prophelpdesk@mudah.my
➡️ The store downgrade process typically takes up to three (3) working days to complete.
🚗 PRO Niaga (Cars)
Email your request to autohelpdesk@mudah.my
➡️ Before the 15th of the month. The downgrade will take effect on the 1st of the following month.
Example:
If your request is submitted on 18th October, the store downgrade will take effect on 1st December.
