How do I edit or update my PRO Niaga profile?

Already signed up as our PRO Niaga but need some changes made to your store? You can do that as a super-admin, by logging into your PRO Niaga account and clicking the 'Profile' link at the top of the page. Only super-admin can make changes.

How to change via Web?

  1. Go to https://ua.mudah.my/?signin=1
  2. Log in to your Pro Niaga account, you will be redirected to your Pro Niaga dashboard
  3. At your dashboard, click Profile at the left top of the page
  4. In the profile page, edit your details
  5. Once done, click blue button "Update all" at the bottom of the page
  6. Your Store details will be saved. It may take a while before the change is visible.

Can I make the changes via Mobile Web?

Yes you can also make changes on the go via your mobile browser by following the steps below, however we strongly suggest to do it via your desktop browser as the profile page is not optimized for smaller screen. We're in the midst of making improvements to ensure that the mobile version is equally as good soon!

  1. Go to https://m.mudah.my/
  2. Log in to your Pro Niaga account, you will be redirected to your Pro Niaga dashboard
  3. Select the menu on the top left of the page
  4. Choose My Profile
  5. Changes that can be made are the same as listed for the steps above (Web)

Pro Tips!

Please also note that some updates to your Profile WILL NOT take effect on published ads.
Please note that for security reasons, the information below cannot be changed by yourself:

  • Contact Information (Phone Number, Fax Number, and Mobile Number and Email)
  • Identification Details (Mykad number or Passport Number - verification documents are requires)

If you have ads published with the previous information, please write into proniaga@mudah.my with the information below or write in here if you wish to get them updated.

PRO Niaga Profile Name: Example: ABC Sdn Bhd
MyKad Number or Passport Number: (**as per registered in your PRO Niaga's profile) : XXXXXX-XX-XXXX
