How do I edit or update my Private Account profile?

You can change certain details on your Private Account such as:

• Profile image
• Name
• Phone number
• Region & Area
• Gender
• Birthday

You can also change your password if you do not wish to use the current password.

Note: Your email cannot be changed. If you wish to change your email, please sign up for a new account with a new email.

How to update via Web & Mobile Web?

1. Log in to your private account at Mudah's Login Page
2. You will then see the private account dashboard
3. Click on the profile button at the right corner of the page
4. Click profile, it will direct you to profile page, click edit profile.
5. Select "Save" and you're done!

How to update via Android App?

1. Log in to your private account
2. You will then see the my ads page in apps
3. Click on the profile button
4. Once clicked, you will be directed to a profile page
5. Proceed to edit your profile
6. Once you're done, click Save. Your profile will be updated.

How to update via iOS App?

1. Log in to your private account
2. You will then see my ads page in apps
3. Click on the profile button
4. Once clicked, you will be directed to the profile page
5. Proceed to edit your profile
6. Once you're done, click Save. Your profile will be updated.

Pro Tips!

Please note that the update will not take effect on published ads. If you have ads published with the previous information, kindly edit and change the information manually.
